主动脉内气囊反搏和双水平气道正压联合治疗急性心肌梗死合并机械并发症心衰患者的护理 被引量：3

摘要 冠心病发病率日益升高，特别是急性心肌梗死（AeHte myocardial infarotion，AMI）的危害性最大。冠脉介入治疗（Percutanoua coronary intervention，PCI）做为一种有效的AMI治疗手段已被广泛应用，但PCI治疗不能解决围手术期的心衰，尤其对于合并室间隔穿孔和二尖瓣大量反流重症心衰患者，死亡率极高，临床预后差。主动脉内气囊反搏术（Intra—aorticballoonpump，IABP和双水平气道正压（Bi—level posfive airway pressure，BiPAP）是有效的治疗手段_】。棚．
