一例因药酒引起室性早搏的护理

室性早搏是导致心源性猝死的主要原因之一，我科对住院一例因药酒引起室性早搏患者通过严密监测12导联心电图、持续心电监护并及时给与抗心律失常，保护胃粘膜支持治疗从而有效地预防了晕厥发生。治疗取得较好的疗效，患者痊愈出院。

Premature ventricular is the one of the main reasons of sudden cardiac death. Through the close monitoring of patients with premature ventricular contractions caused by 12-lead ECG, continuous ECG monitoring and timely to give anti-arrhythmia, protect the gastric mueosa support the treatment so as to prevent the occurrence of syncope in Our Division of the hospital .Treatment to achieve better efficacy, the patient was discharged.
