文拉法辛合并舒必利治疗抑郁症的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨比较文拉法辛合并舒必利与单独应用文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法将116例抑郁症患者随机分为两组。甲组给予文拉法辛合并舒必利,乙组单独使用文拉法辛,治疗6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和治疗过程中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果两种方法均能有效的改善抑郁症状,疗效相当。甲组起效较快,不良反应相对较轻。结论文拉法辛合并舒必利治疗抑郁症有效又安全,具有临床使用价值。
