Al^(3+)胁迫对茶树根际细菌及酶活性的影响

摘要 采用固体平板和液体摇瓶培养的方法,通过测定细菌数量,发酵液胞外蛋白的含量,及胞外相关酶的活性,研究外源添加Al3+对来自茶园土壤细菌生长的影响。结果表明:在不同浓度Al3+作用下,表现为不同程度的刺激或抑制作用。添加Al3+对细菌的生长及过氧化氢酶的活性有明显抑制作用;<100mg/L低浓度Al3+对葡萄糖氧化酶、纤维素酶的合成具有一定的刺激作用,但随浓度的再提高酶活性呈快速下降趋势。胞外蛋白变化与葡萄糖氧化酶、纤维素酶变化呈正相关。 Use by using solid flat and liquid wave method, through the training of the bottle was number, bacteria fermenting liquid extraeellular proteins, and the content of the related cell of the enzyme activity, the exogenous AI^3+add to tea garden soil bacteria from the influence of growth; The results show that: at different concentration AI^3+ function, performance for different degree of stimulation or the inhibition. Add AI^3+to the growth of bacteria and activity of catalase had significant inhibitory effect; 〈 100 ppm AI^3+ low concentration of glucose oxidase, cellulose enzyme synthesis has certain stimulation, but with the concentration of enzyme activity again improve with the rapid decline. Extraeellular proteins change and glucose oxidase, cellulose enzyme changes were positively correlated.
