摘要
公务员休息权常被领导干部和社会公众所忽视,《公务员法》并没有规定公务员的休息权,与其他劳动者一样,公务员的休息权也会被侵犯。公务员的职业特征决定其不能像其他劳动者一样接受司法救济。社会管理需要勤勉的公务员完成其本职工作,但也需要保护其合法休息权不受侵犯,因而需要寻找应有的替代解决方案。
The right of civil servants was often neglected by leading cadres and the general public."Civil Law" does not require the right to rest of civil servants.And like other workers,the right of civil servants also will be violated.The career characteristics of civil servants determined they cannot accept judicial relief like other workers.Social management needed diligent civil servants to complete their own work,while it also needed to protect their legitimate right to right from infringement,and therefore it needed to find alternative solutions.
