中国农民工培训:经验与反思

Experience and Reflection:on the Training of Migrant Workers in China

人力资本的提高可以极大地改善个人的工作条件并大幅增加个人福利水平,这已成为政府与大多数农民工的共识。中国各方,特别是党和政府高度重视农民工培训,并相继出台了多种政策和措施推进该项工作。多年的实践取得很大成效,但近十年的农民工培训工作还是值得反思。

The raise of human capital can greatly improve individual working conditions and widely increase the level of individual welfare which had become the consensus of the government and the majority of migrant workers.Each side in China,especially the Party and government attached great importance to training of migrant workers and has issued many policies and measures to improve this work.Years of practice has achieved a great deal of effects,while it still should reflect on the work of the training of migrant workers.
