早期肠内营养对全胃切除胃癌根治术后肠功能的影响评价

Effects of early enteral nutrition on total gastrectomy for gastric cancer intestinal function of evaluation

目的：探讨早期肠内营养对全胃切除胃癌根治后肠功能的影响。方法：选择全胃切除胃癌根治术后患者40例，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用术后早期肠内营养支持，对照组给予常规营养方式，比较两组患者术后肠功能恢复情况。结果：实验组术后肠功能恢复情况要优于对照组，两纽比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：全胃切除胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养支持可有效促进术后肠功能的恢复，有利于病人全面恢复。

Objective：To investigate the effects of early enteral nutrition on intestinal function after total gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma radical effect. Methods：Total gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients after radical mastectomy in 40 cases, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group used the early postoperative enteral nutrition support, the control group was given conventional nutritional approach, compared two groups of patients with postoperative intestinal function recovery. Results：The experimental group of postoperative intestinal function recovery was superior to the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Total gastreetomy for gastric cancer after curative resection of early enteral nutrition support can improve the postoperative intestinal function recovery for patients, comprehensive recovery.
