我院2010年门诊中药饮片应用分析

目的：了解我院中药饮片的使用情况，促进合理用药和科学监管。方法：随机抽取我院2010年门诊中药处方2400张，进行统计分析。结果：单张处方中使用13-20味药者居多（68．3％）；38．5％的单张处方总剂量介于150-200g之间；45-60岁之间的患者处方所占比例最大（40．8％）。结论：我院门诊中药饮片使用基本合理；心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等是中医治疗的主要方向，和这些痰病相关的饮片使用频率明显较高。

Objective： To explorer the use of Chinese Herbal Medicine in our hospital, promote rational drug use and scientific supervision. Methods：2400 pieces of outpatient prescriptions of China medicine in 2010 were randomly selected for statistical analysis. Results：There were about 13 to 20 herbs in mostly （68.3%） single prescription; and the total dose of mostly prescriptions （38. 5%） was between 150g to 200g; largest proportion of prescriptions （40.8%） were prepared for 45 to 60 aged patients. Conclusion： The use of herbs in the hospital was basically rational. Cardiovascular and diabetes were the main therapy direction of Chinese medicine, and the related Herbal pieces with these diseases were used in higher frequency,
