锥颅引流对高血压脑出血疗效的影响评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨锥颅引流对高血压脑出血疗效的影响。方法:选取出血量为30~60ml高血压脑出血患者110例,随机分为两组,观察组采用锥颅血肿引流术治疗,对照组采用开颅血肿清除术。观察两组治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。结果:两组患者的近期疗效与病死率方面无明显差异(p〉0.05),但在远期并发症发生率方面观察组优于对照组。两组早期的手术者在早期意识恢复、并发症发生率等方面优于晚期的手术者。结论:临床治疗高血压脑出血量30~60ml的患者,特别是对于局限性的血肿,锥颅血肿引流术一个理想的选择。 Objective: To investigate the Skull drainage on the impact of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The amount of bleeding is 30 - 60m]110 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, observation group Skull hematoma drainage in the treatment and control group with hematoma evacuation. Treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were observed in patients with clinical effects. Results:There were short--term efficacy and mortality in patients with no significant difference (p〉 0.05), but the incidence of complications in the long--term observation group than the control group. Two groups of early surgery in the early recovery of consciousness, the complication rate is superior to late surgery. Conclusion:The clinical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 30- 60ml of patients, especially for the limitations of the hematoma, hematoma drainage skull an ideal choice.
