目的：重视与静脉留置患儿家属的换位思考,减少护患矛盾.方法：入院后在给患儿静脉留置的不同操作阶段,分别采取换位思考的方式与家属沟通.结果：家属对穿刺失败能理解,没有因此引起护理投诉或护患纠纷.结论：运用换位思考不仅可以使护士主动转变护理服务理念,增强服务意识,而且能使护患关系得到和谐发展.

Objective：To depend on the families of patients with venous lien empathy, reduce the contradiction. Methods： Diedr admission to children in different stages of the lien vein operation,take the perspective--taking way respectively and with the family communication. Results： Family members puncture failure can understand, not so cause nursing complaints or the dispute. Conclusion Use the perspective--taking can not only make the nurse active nursing service concept change, strengthen the service consciousness,and can make a harmonious development of the relations have.
