摘要 简单介绍了植物花器官特异性启动子的克隆、顺式表达元件及在改良花形、花色、花香等方面的研究应用。 Structural characters and cis-regulator elements of flower-specific promoters were described,and the application of genetic engineering on the improvement of flower qualities including flower shape,color,fragrance were reviewed.
