6个烤烟新品系综合评价研究

Report on Comparative Experiment of New Flue-cured Tobacco Lines

[目的]对新选育和引进的6个烤烟新品系进行综合性状的比较研究,筛选综合表现好的烤烟新品系,为烤烟新品种的推广和应用提供依据。[方法]在云南省12个主要烟叶产区以K326为对照进行小区比较试验,对参试烤烟新品系的农艺性状、抗病性、经济学性状和质量性状等进行比较和分析。[结果]烤烟新品系YN110主要经济性状显著或极显著优于对照;烤后原烟外观质量与对照相当;对烟草黑胫病和赤星病的抗性优于对照;烤后烟叶主要化学成分含量协调,与对照相当;综合表现优于对照K326。[结论]在6个参试烤烟新品系中,YN110综合表现最好。

[Objective] The aim was to study the composite traits of 6 new flue-cured tobacco lines,and filter out the good overall performance lines,provide a basis for popularization and application of new flue-cured tobacco varieties.[Method] The agronomic characteristics,resistance,economic traits and quality traits of 6 new lines were comparativly tested,choosing K326 as control,in 12 major tobacco-producing areas in Yunnan Province.[Result] The major economic traits of YN110 was significantly or very significantly better than CK;The cured tobacco appearance quality of YN110 was similar to CK;The resistance to tobacco black shank and brown spot disease of YN110 was better than CK;The main chemical components contents of cured tobacco leaves of YN110 was coordinate and similar to CK;The comprehensive performance of YN110 was better than CK.[Conclusion] In 6 new flue-cured tobacco lines,the comprehensive performance of YN110 is the best.
