摘要
[目的]探讨南蛇藤叶和银杏叶的乙醇粗提取物对蛞蝓的防治效果。[方法]采用直接喷雾法,分别测定清水、蜗牛净,以及乙醇、南蛇藤叶乙醇粗提取物和银杏叶乙醇粗提取物的20倍液、40倍液防治蛞蝓的效果。[结果]南蛇藤和银杏的叶片中含有杀害蛞蝓的物质,以其20倍液的乙醇粗提取物防治效果最好。[结论]该研究为植物源农药的开发和利用提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the control effect of crude ethanol extracts of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.and Ginkgo biloba leaves on Agriolimax agrestis Linnaeus.[Method] By using direct spray method,the control effect of clear water,Woniujing,20-times and 40-times diluted ethanol,crude ethanol extracts of C.orbiculatus Thunb.and G.biloba leaves on A.agrestis Linnaeus were determined respectively.[Result]The results showed that leaves of C.orbiculatus Thunb.and G.biloba contained substances that could kill A.agrestis Linnaeus,and 20-times diluted crude ethanol extracts of them had the best control effect.[Conclusion] The study would provide reference for the future development and utilization of botanical pesticides.
