松香三元酸衍生物的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究松香三元酸衍生物的制备纯化方法及性能。[方法]以松香为原料,通过D-A加成制备富马海松酸和马来海松酸酐,并分别使用重结晶法对其进行纯化,同时采用多种分析手段对其结构及性能进行测定。[结果]制备并纯化得到的富马海松酸和马来海松酸酐的纯度均达95%以上,且与松香相比耐热性有所提高。[结论]为扩大松香衍生物的应用提供科学依据。 [Objective] The aim was to study the preparation methods and properties of polyacid derivatives of rosin.[Method] Fumaropimaric acid(FPA) and maleopimaric acid(MPA) were prepared through D-A addition reaction with rosin as raw material.They were purified by recryctallization,respectively,then their structure and performances were determined using a variety of analytical methods.[Result] The results showed that the purities of FPA and MPA were both over 95%,meanwhile,the heat resistance were improved compared with rosin.[Conclusion] The certain scientific basis for the application of rosin derivatives was provided.
