A Study of the Rural Financial Innovation under the Background of the Urban-Rural Planning

基于农户资金的内在需求,结合城乡统筹背景下涉农金融机构的功能,分析了农村金融面临的机遇与挑战,从而基于既定架构通过优化组织体系,增强农村金融机构对农户资金要求的适应性。

Based on the internal demand for rural finance,and combining with the function of agriculture-related financial institutions under the background of the urban-rural planning,the opportunity and challenge faced by rural finance were analyzed,thereby,to optimize its organization system on the basis of its established framework in order to strengthen the adaptability of rural financial institutions to the farmers＇ demand.
