基于农村金融的脆弱性及邮储银行的自身特性,论证了构建信用工程是落实邮储银行农村战略的现实选择,并从健全组织结构、完善评价体系、优化服务模式等方面提出邮储银行构建信用工程的策略建议。

Based on the frangibility of rural finance and Postal Savings Bank＇s characteristics,the construction of credit project was the optimal choice for performing its rural strategy.And building credit project advices were put forward from perfecting organizational structure,improving the evaluation system and optimizing service delivery model.
