摘要
[目的]构建农用地质量监测体系框架,为建立农用地质量动态监测提供理论支持。[方法]资料收集和理论分析法。[结果]农用地质量监测体系至少应该包含4个层面:①农用地质量监测网络体系——确定监测范围与监测对象;②农用地质量监测指标体系——确定监测内容与项目;③监测指标信息采集体系——确定监测方法和技术;④数据处理与监测评价体系——对监测结果做出判定。[结论]研究适用于已全面完成农用地分等工作的省市自治区,尤其是国家和省级层面对农用地(等级)质量进行动态监测和实时更新。
[Objective] The aim was to construct rural land quality monitor system framework,to provide theoretical support for agricultural land quality dynamic monitor.[Method] Materials collection and theoretical analysis method were used.[Result] The agricultural land quality monitoring system included at least four layers: first,agricultural land quality monitoring network system——to determine monitoring range and object;second,agricultural land quality monitoring indicator system——to determine monitoring content and program;third,monitoring target information collection system——to determine monitoring method and technology;data process and monitoring evaluation system——to make a judgment of the monitoring result.[Conclusion] The study was applied to the provinces and cities where agricultural land assignment had fully finished.Especially,the research studied for the nation and province scale on monitoring and renewing the agricultural land quality.
