摘要
为了提高产品的设计效率,提出了一种基于正逆向混合设计思想的汽车后视镜再设计方法。首先利用逆向工程技术提取原产品的设计意图并对所采集的数据进行预处理,然后根据客户要求采用正向设计理念对模型进行创新,最终完成产品的参数化设计。应用实例表明,该方法可显著提高新产品的开发速度和质量。
The re-design method of automobile rearview mirror based on forward and reverse design is proposed for the purpose of improving design efficiency. After extracting the product design intent from the prototype, measured data was handled using reverse engineering technology. Then the model was refined by means of forward design idea according to the guest requirements. Finally, the parameter model of product was acquired. Successful application results show that this method can improve the efficiency and quality of new product design.
