青少年单纯性肥胖的诱因与现状分析

近年来青少年肥胖问题日益严重,超重、肥胖人数不断增加,不仅影响青少年生长发育期的生活、学习和健康,也是某些成年疾病潜在的危险因素。青少年肥胖多属于单纯性肥胖,本文综述了我国青少年单纯性肥胖的现状,以及产生肥胖的原因。

The problem of adolescent obesity is becoming increasingly severe, the number of overweight and obesity adolescents increases. Adolescent obesity not only affects the life period of growth, learning and health, but also is the risk factor of adult diseases. Almost all of the adolescents obesity is simple obesity, this article summarize the current situation of adolescent obesity in China, the reasons for obesity, offer the prevention and treatment of adolescent obesity.
