摘要
目的:探讨脑瘫患儿家长的心理状态,为临床工作提供参考。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),调查患儿家长存在的心理问题。结果:根据患儿家长存在的不同心理问题采取相应的措施,减轻患儿父母心理负担,提高治疗依从性。结论:脑瘫患儿家长存在心理障碍,在临床工作中要注意加强对患儿家长进行心理护理。
Objective Explore the psychological state of parents of children with cerebral palsy, to provide information for clinical. Methods Using the Symptom Checklist （SCL-90）, survey parents of children with psychological problems. Results According to parents of children with different psychological problems exist to take appropriate measures to reduce the psychological burden of parents of children, improve treatment compliance. Conclusions Parents of children with cerebral palsy have mental disorders, in clinical work, we should pay attention to strengthening of parents of children with psychological care.
