摘要
目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管生成素2(Ang-2)及微血管密度(MVD)在人鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法免疫组化法检测37例鼻咽鳞癌(A组)及15例正常鼻咽组织(B组)标本中VEGF、Ang-2及MVD的表达,分析其与淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期的关系。结果 A组VEGF和Ang-2表达阳性率高于B组(94.6%vs.26.7%和91.9%vs.40.0%)(P<0.05);A组MVD也明显高于B组(35.97±5.35vs.12.91±1.76)(P<0.05)。有远处转移及TNM分期高的患者VEGF、Ang-2及MVD高于无远处转移及TNM分期低的患者(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,VEGF、Ang-2及MVD三者在鼻咽癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 VEGF、Ang-2及MVD在鼻咽癌组织中高表达,且与肿瘤的分期及转移相关;VEGF及Ang-2的高表达与肿瘤的血管生成及肿瘤的发生、发展相关。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and Microvessel density(MVD) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods VEGF,Ang-2 and MVD were detected by immunohistochemistry method in nasopharyngeal carcinoma of 37 cases(group A) and normal nasopharyngeal tissues of 15 cases(group B).The relationship of the expressions of VEGF,Ang-2 and MVD and the distant metastasis and TNM was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and Ang-2 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(94.6% vs.26.7% and 91.9% vs.40.0%)(P〈0.05).MVD was higher in group A than that in group B(35.97±5.35 vs.12.91±1.76)(P〈0.05).The expressions of VEGF,Ang-2 and MVD were higher in group A with distant metastasis than those without(P〈0.05).The expressions of VEGF,Ang-2 and MVD were positively correlated each other in group A(P〈0.05).Conclusion VEGF,Ang-2 and MVD are highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and correlated to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.The high expressions of VEGF and Ang-2 are related to tumor angiogenesis and development.
