942名医学生自我同一性分析

摘要 目的:了解贵州地区医学生自我同一性状况,分析其相关因素。方法:运用大学生自我同一性状态量表及基本资料问卷调查,获得942名学生自我同一性以及性别、生源地、是否独生子女及选择专业的自主性等相关信息。结果:总体同一性状态的比例由高到低为延缓型66.6%、弥散型15.6%、早闭型10.5%、成就型7.3%,总体、意识和人际领域的成就型同一性维度男生得分均高于女生,早闭型同一性维度生源地在县级以上城市的学生得分高于生源地在村镇的学生,独生子女在总体早闭型和成就型维度的得分高于非独生子女。结论:大学生处于同一性延缓状态的人数最多,处于同一性成就型的最少;性别、生源地、是否独生子女和选择专业自主性等与自我同一性相关。 To obtain information about ego identity of medical students, and to analyze relevant factors. Methods: A survey using questionnaire about ego identity status was performed a- mong 942 medical students. Basic information and information about gender, hometown evironment, only child or not, and autonomy in professional choice were collected. Results: The ratioes of different types of ego identity status from high to low were moratorium 66.6% , diffusion 15.6% , foreclosure 10.5%, and achievement 7.3% respectively. Boys got higher scores than girls in total, awareness and interperson domains of achievement dimension. Students from county city or above got higher scores than those from villages and towns in foreclosure dimension. Only children got higher scores than nononly children in foreclosure dimension and achievement dimension. Conclusions: Medical students are mostly in moratory identity status, and only a few in achievement identity status. Factors that gender, the places where the students come from, only child or not, and autonomy in professional choice correlate with self-identity.
