摘要
目的:建立一种测定香青百草油中丁香酚含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Dia-monsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果:丁香酚在0.034~0.549μg范围呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.63%,RSD为1.22%(n=9)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于香青百草油中丁香酚的含量测定。
To establish a method oil. Methods: The HPLC method was carried for content determination of eugenol in Xiangqingbaicao out on Diamonsil-C1s(250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using methanol-water (65:35 ) as mobile phase, and flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Temperature of the column was 25 °C. Detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The calibration curve for eugenol was linear in the range of 0. 034 ∽0. 549 p,g. The average recovery was 97.63%, and RSD was 1.22% (n = 9). Conclusions: The method is simple, effective, accurate and reproducible for content determination of eugenol in Xiangqingbaicao oil.
