抑制IL-6/STAT3信号通路对脓毒症大鼠肝损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 脓毒症及其导致的MODS仍然是临床医学的棘手问题。研究表明,多种信号通路参与了全身炎症反应和组织损伤的病理过程。信号转导和转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription3,STAT3)作为脓毒症时细胞内的主要信号转导系统之一,与脓毒症主要炎症介质IL一6的释放密切相关,在脓毒症的急性组织损害中发挥着重要作用。但是,抑制IL-6/STAT3信号通路是否影响脓毒症时的全身炎症反应或组织损害,目前仍不清楚。
