白血病患儿免疫功能状况及其预防接种 被引量：8

摘要 急性白血病（acute leukemia，AL）是儿童期最常见的恶性肿瘤，约占儿童期所有恶性肿瘤的30％。AL为造血系恶性肿瘤，加之强烈化疗、放疗等多种因素，导致患儿非特异性屏障功能和特异性免疫功能受损，对多种病原微生物感染的风险显著增高，部分患儿甚至死于严重感染。
