Effect of huangqi injection on hemopoietic and immune function reconstruction in patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy

摘要 目的探讨黄芪注射液对急性白血病化疗患儿造血和免疫功能的影响。方法急性白血病患儿63例随机分为治疗组31例和对照组32例,治疗组在化疗同时给予黄芪注射液0.5~1.0mL/(kg.d),共30d,对照组单用化疗,2组其他支持治疗相同。观察2组化疗后缓解率,化疗前、后血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞水平。结果化疗后治疗组外周血血小板计数、血红蛋白、T细胞亚群水平高于对照组(P<0.05);缓解率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后2组T细胞亚群水平明显高于化疗前(P<0.05);治疗组抗生素使用天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液可减轻化疗对急性白血病患儿骨髓造血功能的抑制,促进造血功能恢复,提高细胞免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of huangqi injection on hemopoietic and immune function reconstruction in patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods Sixty-three acute leukemia patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=31) and control group(n=32). The treatment group received huangqi injection (0.5-1.0 mL/kg per day) plus chemotherapy and control group was treated with only chemotherapy for 30 days in addition to same supportive treatment. The routine blood test was performed, and the levels of T cell subsets and natural killer cell were determined before and after treatment. The remission rate was assessed after treatment. Results After chemotherapy, peripheral blood platelet counts, hemoglobin, T cell subsets levels were higher in the treatment group than those in control group(P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference in reminssion rate between two groups(P〉0.05). T cell subsets level was significantly higher after treatment in both groups(P〈0.05). The duration of antibiotics used was shorter in the treatment group than that in control group, which showed a significant difference (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Huangqi injection can reduce the inhibition effect of chemotherapy on the hematopoietic function of bone marrow in patients with acute leukemia, promote hernatopoietic function recovery and improve the cellular immune function.
