摘要
塔河油田托普台区块含二叠系井的漏失是该地区钻井、固井的一项技术难题。通过对二叠系微观矿物组成、地层岩石结构及力学特征、漏失通道特性的分析和研究,深入的开展托普台区块二叠系水泥浆堵漏工艺和堵漏水泥浆体系的研究,并应用于现场施工,较大幅度地提高了一次性堵漏成功率,降低了作业成本,保证了固井施工水泥浆返高。
The leakage of the wells in the Permian of Tuoputai block of Tahe oilfield is a technical problem for the operations of drilling and cementing in this region. Based on the analysis and research of the composition of Permian micro-minerals, structure and mechanics of stratum rocks, and the characteristics of leakage channels, the slurry plugging technique and plugging slurry system in the Permian of Tuoputai block was deeply studied and applied in fields. It has helped increase the success ratio of first plugging, cut down operation costs and ensure the upward of slurry in cementing operation.
