摘要
目的建立一种稳定、操作简单的肾移植模型。方法以BN(RT1n)大鼠为供体,Lewis(RT11)大鼠为受体,实验组静脉吻合用3号prolene线作内支架,对照组直接端端吻合肾动静脉,将输尿管带膀胱瓣吻合于膀胱。结果实验组和对照组移植成功率分别为90%和85%,两组准备供体耗时为(23.0±2.4)min,供肾热缺血时间为(5.6±1.3)s,实验组和对照组移植手术耗时分别为(40.6±6.3)min和(54.1±4.2)min,冷缺血时间分别为(38.4±5.7)min和(49.7±6.3)min,手术耗时和冷缺血时间比较,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论内支架法简单实用,明显缩短肾缺血时间。
Objective To establish a stable and feasible rat model of kidney transplantation.Methods BN(RT1n) rats were used as donors and Lewis(RT11) rats as recipients.The renal vein of donors was anastomosed with the renal vein of recipients with the help of prolene in experimental group,meanwhile,the renal artery and vein were directly anastomosed end-to-end with the artery and vein of recipients in control group.Donor's ureter was anastomosed with that of recipients.Results The successful rate of kidney transplantation in experimental group and control group were 90% and 85% respectively.(23.0±2.4) minutes were spent on preparing donors and(5.6±1.3) seconds was on the warm ischemia in both groups.The time used for transplantation was(40.6±6.3) minutes and(54.1±4.2) minutes in experimental group and control group respectively.The cold ischemia time in experimental group and control group was(38.4±5.7) minutes and(49.7±6.3) minutes respectively,with significant differences between groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The method of using prolene as stent is simple and practical,renal ischemic time can be shortened obviously.
