颈椎骨折院前急救与院内急诊救治体会

First aid treatment and pre-hospital care for patients with cervical vertebrae injury

目的探讨颈椎及颈髓损伤的院前、院内救治方式与效果。方法通过对17例颈椎损伤的院前、院内救治,从急救措施、防治并发症、急救效果等方面进行回顾分析。结果全部病例均短时间内院前急救及接回医院,争得抢救时间,控制了并发症及继发损伤的发生。结论院前急救是颈椎损伤能否康复的关键,入院后的积极治疗与后期康复治疗也是主要因素。

Objective To study the methods as well as the efficacy of first aid treatment and pre-hospital care for patients with spinal cord injury induced by dislocation of cervical vertebrae.Methods Totally 17 patients with cervical vertebrae injury were received pre-hospital care and first aid treatment.Retrospective study was conducted concerning the first aid treatment measures,therapeutic effect and complications.Results All the patients were took back to the hospital and obtained the pre-hospital care timely.The complications and secondary injury were prevented and controlled.Conclusion Pre-hospital care and first aid treatment are the key points for the recovery of cervical vertebrae injury.Meanwhile active treatment in hospital and rehabilitation should not be ingnored.
