原发性震颤的外科治疗进展

摘要原发性震颤(ET)是常见的运动障碍性疾病,表现为上肢运动性震颤,可累及头、面、下颌和舌等,严重影响病人的生活质量。药物治疗效果不佳的ET病人,考虑行外科治疗。脑深部电刺激术是常用的外科手术方式,其具有可双侧手术、并发症少、效果可调控等优点。丘脑腹中间核是公认治疗ET效果较好的靶点。
