流式细胞仪检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核方法的改进 被引量:1

摘要 微核试验是以动植物为材料,利用细胞生物学方法观察其出现的微核率(micmnucleus frequency,MNF)来表示材料受遗传损伤程度的一种检测遗传毒物的方法。微核试验创建于20世纪80年代,由于微核实验具有快速、简单、灵敏、客观的特点。
