摘要
选用初始体质量为(1.0±0.1)g的瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)幼鱼270尾,随机分成3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,饲喂等氮等能、糖水平分别为7%(7%CHO),24%(24%CHO,对照组)和40%(40%CHO)的3组饲料,饲料的粗蛋白含量和能量约为40%和17.6kJ/g.养殖试验进行70d后,测定了糖水平对瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼的生长性能、体成分及血清生化指标的影响,主要试验结果如下:与对照组相比,40%CHO处理组的终末体质量、特定生长率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两者显著高于7%CHO处理组(P<0.05);对体成分的分析表明,40%CHO处理组的粗蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而鱼的腹腔脂肪率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但粗脂肪含量、灰分、水分以及肝体指数与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);从血清生化指标的分析结果来看,40%CHO处理组鱼的血糖含量与对照组相比无显著性差异(P<0.05),而甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组和7%CHO处理组.以上试验结果表明,瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼能适应40%的饲料糖水平.
A growth trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary carbohydrate levels on growth performance,body composition and biochemical indices in serum of juvenile darkbarbel catfish Pelteobagrus vachelli.Three isonitrogenous and isoenergetic experimental diets(40% crude protein and 17.6kJ/g diet) using flour as the carbohydrate source,were formulated to contain three carbohydrate levels(7%,24% and 40% dry diet,respectively).Triplicate groups of 30 fish(average weight 1.0g±0.1g) were stocked in plastic tanks(0.8m×0.6m×0.6m) and fed to apparent satiation twice daily for 70 days.The results showed that there were no significant(P0.05) difference of weight gain,specific growth rate,feed conversion ratio and protein efficiency ratio between 40% dietary carbohydrate level and control group(24% dietary carbohydrate level),whereas had significant(P0.05) difference with 7% dietary carbohydrate level.The results on body composition indicated that fish fed with the 40% dietary carbohydrate level had significantly higher(P0.05) crude protein and significantly lower(P0.05) intraperitoneal fat ratio compared with the control group,but there is no significantly difference(P0.05) in crude fat,ash,moisture and hepatosomatic index.The results on biochemical indices in serum indicated that there is no significant difference(P0.05) in blood glucose levels between 40% dietary carbohydrate level and control group,when fish fed with 40% dietary carbohydrate level had significantly(P0.05) lower triglycerid levels and total cholesterol compared with control group and 7% dietary carbohydrate level.Based on this study,we considered Pelteobagrus vachelli could adapt up to 40% dietary carbohydrate level.
