摘要 推出了一种实用的永磁同步电动机无传感器矢量控制技术,适用于负载和转动惯量不可预测,但对价格成本要求比较敏感的场合,尤其适用于PMSM专用控制IC的研制。由于未采用传感器,该控制技术用于电动机的中高速驱动,不包括低速(低于5Hz)场合。文章先从电动机起动的三阶段分析讨论开始,结合PMSM的扩展反电动势数学模型得出电动机速度和位置的估计算法。最后整个系统的仿真结果验证了本研究所提PMSM控制技术的有效性,为无传感器PMSM专用控制IC的研制奠定了基础。 A practical PMSM sensorless vector control technique,where load torque and inertia information were not available and price costs needed to be considered,was proposed in this paper,especially for application of the specific PMSM control for IC manufacture.Considering not adopting speed and position sensor,the technique was only used in middle and high speed motor driving and was not valid in low speed driving(lower than 5Hz) .Firstly the three stages of the motor startup was discussed,then the speed and position estimated arithmetic was obtained based on extended electromotive force mathematical model of PMSM.The simulation result of the whole system verified the proposed control technique lastly,building up the foundation of the specific sensonless PMSM control for IC manufacture.
