针对济钢引进的焦罐台车结构复杂庞大、载荷不均容易变形、自动化程度低、安全可靠性低等一系列问题,济钢集团重工机械有限公司组建了"济钢旋转焦罐及焦罐台车研制与应用"项目组,设计改进了区域及系统连锁检测系统,实现了台车快速准确对位,台车与干熄焦系统其他设备间的安全、准确快速连锁。提高了系统的自动化程度、可靠性和作业效率。

In allusion to the problems of complicated structure of coke pot trolley, easy deformation due to un- balanced load, low degree of automation, low safety and reliability, Heavy Machinery Limited Company of Ji- nan Iron and Steel Group set up a project group for＂ development and application of steel rotary coke tank and coke pot trolley＂. The regional and system linkage detection system were designed to realize the fast and accu- rate eontraposition trolley. The safe, accurate and rapid chain between trolley and CDQ system was realized. The automation degree of the system, the reliability and working efficiency were improved.
