摘要
针对20MN拔伸水压机原控制系统在使用过程中出现的问题,重新设计了新的控制系统。本文介绍了新系统的主要工作原理、特点及其如何克服原系统在生产中的不足。改进后的压机提高了拔伸速度和平稳性、生产率及产品质量,降低了能耗及维修成本,改善了工人劳动条件,取得了十分明显的经济效益。
The problem arising in the operation process of original control system of 20MN drawing hydraulic press is analyzed. The operating principle original control system is introduced. A new control system wasdesigned. The main principle and characteristics of new system, and shortcomings of original one are described. The improved hydraulic press is successful in production practice. It improved drawing speed, smoothness, production efficiency, the economic benefits and product quality, reduced power consumption and maintenance cost, and perfect the working condition.
