石灰回转窑窑尾溜槽设备改造

摘要 日照钢铁有限公司三台冶金活性石灰回转窑窑尾溜槽在原设计上存在缺陷,制约正常生产运行。文章从设备的材质、长度、倾角及装配形式等四个方面介绍了回转窑窑尾溜槽的改造过程,实施改造后彻底解决了窑尾耐材脱落和窑尾漏料等问题,提高了设备作业率,检修周期由30天延长到90天,取得显著经济效益,同时这一改造技术在业内得到了推广应用。 Since the defects existing in three kiln-bottom-slide-slots at Calcareousness-slew-kiln in Rizhao Steel Co. , Ltd, which restricted the ragular production, a reform scheme was performed. The alteration process of kiln-bottom-slide-slot is introduced from four aspects (material, length, obliquity and assemblage form). The problems of the kiln-bottom fire-resistant material desquamation and calcareousness leakage at kiln-bottom were entirely solved. This alteration increased the task rate of the equipment and economy benefit, and optimized the slew-kiln running. The overhaul period is prolonged from 30 days to 90 days. At the same time this technology has been widely used in the industry.
