摘要
应对大学科研不端行为不只是法律和技术问题,也是道德问题,而且归根到底是一个道德问题。法律和技术在应对大学科研不端行为上的不足与不及也深刻表明道德介入科研不端行为的必要性。公正实施科研课题评审、务实开展具体科学研究、审慎作出科研成果评价是牵引大学科研人和大学科研辅佐人有效应对科研不端行为的重要道德手段。
Research misconduct in universities should be not only a legal or technical issue, but also moral issue, and it is a moral question all in all. The deficiencies and the shortages of legal and technical responses to research misconduct show that scientific research needs the relevant moralities such as the fair evaluation of research subjects, the pragmatic research and the prudent appraisal of research outputs.
