摘要
从反流性食管炎(RE)的发病基础、病机关键、分型症治方面,讨论RE的辨治。脾胃虚弱为本病的发病基础,胃虚气逆为其病机关键,益气和胃为本病主要治则,同时还应针对兼夹邪气的不同,强调注重脾、胃、肝三者的相互关系,合理遣方用药。
Objective：To introduce The Clinical Dialectical Comprehend of Reflux Esophagitis include pathogenetic foundation,key pathogenesis and subtype treatment.weakness of the spleen and stomach was its pathogenetic foundation,syndrome of adverse flow of QI caused by deficiency of the stomach was its key pathogenesis,to increase immun and adjust stomach was its major therapeutic principle.At same time,to to pay attention to the interrelation among spleen,stomach and liver,to rational used drug on the basis of different evil factor affecting health.
