川牛膝的HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:应用HPLC建立川牛膝的指纹图谱,为川牛膝药材的质控提供依据。方法:采用Dia-monsilC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃在210 nm波长下检测。测定10批药材的色谱图,确立标准指纹图谱。结果:川牛膝药材有17个共有峰,多数峰可以达到较好分离。该分析方法具有很好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,各批次间共有峰的相对保留时间的RSD均小于1%,相对峰面积符合指纹图谱相关要求。结论:建立的指纹图谱检测标准可以作为川牛膝质量评价和品种鉴别的主要依据之一。 Objective:To establish the chromatographic finger print of Cyathula officinalis Kuan by HPLC for the quality control.Methods:With Symmetry C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),gradient elution was performed by mobile phase containing acetonitrile-0.1% phosphorous acid.The f low rate was 0.8 mL/min and detection wavelength w as 210 nm.ten batches of COK from various producing areas were comparatively analyzed to establish a finger print.Results:Seventeen Mutual peaks were selected in chromatography.Among the obtained finger print,the most of the detected peaks were separated effectively.The accuracy,repeatability,and stability of this method were satisfied.The RSD of relative retention time of mutual peaks which existed in all samples was less than 1%.The results of peak area were in accordance with the request of finger print.Conclusion:The established finger print can be used for the quality control and species identifying of COK.
