雪胆的鉴别及含量测定

Study on Quality Standard of Hemsleya Amabilis

目的:建立雪胆的鉴别及含量测定方法,为雪胆药材质量标准的制定提供科学依据。方法:采用显微鉴别法、薄层色谱法对雪胆进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对雪胆甲素进行定量分析。结果:显微鉴别和薄层色谱结果表明雪胆有较显著的鉴别特征。HPLC法表明雪胆甲素峰面积与进样量在0.1255 mg/mL～2.51 mg/mL呈良好线性关系,可为评价雪胆品质提供依据。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,重现性好,可为提供雪胆的鉴别及含量测定参考。

Objective： To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Hemsleya Amabilis by establishing the identification and determination method.Method： The qualitation identification was carried out by microscopic identification and TLC.And quantitation determination was carried out by HPLC.Result： The results of microscopic identification and TLC showed that significant characteristics were found for Hemsleya Amabilis.The results of HPLC quantitative analysis showed that the linear range of rubimaillin was 0.1255 mg·mL-2.51mg·mL.Conclusion： These methods are convenient,accurate,reliable with good reproducibility and can be used to enhance the quality standard for the medicinal material.
