摘要
目的观察山莨菪碱(anisodamine,Ani)对心脏停搏大鼠心肺复苏的成功率和心肌超微结构的影响。方法采用电击致大鼠心脏停搏模型,将实验动物随机分为3组,每组15只。心脏停搏后4min行呼吸机辅助呼吸、胸外心脏按压,4min后静脉给药,0.9%氯化钠注射液对照组不用复苏药物;肾上腺素(Epi)组静脉注射肾上腺素200μg/kg;Ani组静脉注射肾上腺素200μg/kg并Ani 10mg/kg。观察自主循环恢复率、复苏成功率和心肌组织结构。结果 Ani组大鼠自主循环恢复率和复苏成功率(95%,80%)>Epi组(75%,46.7%)>对照组(60%,26.7%)。Ani组光镜和电镜下心肌组织的损伤均较肾上腺素组和对照组轻,肾上腺素组最重。结论复苏早期给予山莨菪碱干预可能会减轻肾上腺素的部分不良反应,减轻心肌损伤,提高复苏成功率。
Objective To observe the effects of anisodamine(Ani) on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and myocardial ultra-structure of rats with cardiac arrest.Methods A rat model of cardiac arrest was established by electric shock.Forty-five healthy rats were randomly divided into normal saline group(control group),epinephrine group(Epi group),and Epi plus Ani group(Ani group),15 rats in each group.Four minutes after cardiac arrest,respirator-aided respiration and cardiac massage were started.After another 4 minutes,control group received normal saline,Epi group was injected with Epi(200μg·kg-1),and Ani group was given Epi(200μg·kg^-1) plus Ani(10μg·kg^-1) to observe their restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC),success rate of resuscitation,and myocardium structure.Results The ROSC and success resuscitation rate was 95% and 80% respectively in Ani group,75% and 46.7% respectively in Epi group,and 60% and 26.7% respectively in control group.Light and electron microscopy showed that the damage of myocardium was milder in Ani group than in Epi and control groups.Conclusion Ani used in early resuscitation can ameliorate the side effect of Epi,improve the damage of myocardium,and increase the success rate of resuscitation.
