摘要
阐述了当前共享工程培训中存在的两个主要问题,即认识不到位和培训收效不明显,并从强化领导的培训意识、加大吸纳人才的力度、提倡勇于探索的精神和建立培训的长效机制4个方面提出了改善共享工程培训工作的方法。
This paper expounds two major problems existing in the current training of cultural information resources sharing project that are improper understanding and insignificant training effect,and puts forward four ways for improving the training work of the project such as strengthening the training consciousness of leaders,increase the strength of recruiting talents,advocating the spirit of exploration and establishing long-term mechanism of training.
