摘要
地方普通高校虽然在学校规模、教学科研水平、外文资料需求等方面与重点院校存在差距,但其仍是各类中外文数字资源不可忽视的用户群,并可能在数字资源集团采购买方与卖方的价格博弈中发挥重要的调节作用。分析了现有数字资源定价模式及集团采购经费分摊模式的利弊,提出了有利于调动中小院校数字资源引进积极性,能够客观反映资源利用情况的数字资源定价方案和集团采购经费分配方案。
Although the gaps always exist between local colleges/universities and key universities in aspects of school size,teaching and scientific research level,and foreign material needs,etc.,the local colleges/universities are still important user group of various domestic and foreign digital resources and will probably play an important role in the price game between digital resources buyer and seller.This paper analyzes the existing pricing model of digital resources and funding allocation model of group purchasing,and puts forward some digital resources pricing schemes and funding allocation models of group purchasing,which are able to mobilize the enthusiasm of small and medium-sized colleges/universities to introduce digital resources and reflect objectively the situation of resources utilization.
