摘要
电厂内各类管壳式换热器的使用环境相对简单,但工况复杂,对换热器的可靠性要求较高。结合传统方式的换热管选材准则,提出将换热器的整体经济性作为管材的选择原则,并进行了分类讨论。为了精选合适的管材,尝试对管材进行寿命试验,并将分析结果应用于管材的选择中,为突破设计方法开展了可行性基础研究。
The applied environment for all kinds of tubular heaters is rather simple but the working condition is rather complicated in power plants,so the reliable requirement against the heater is rather high.Combined with conventional material selection specification for heater,entire economy of the heater has been put forward as the selecting principle and a discussion has been made for the principle.A working life test of tubes has been made in order to select suitable tube material and the result has been applied to the selection of tube material.A feasibility study has been carried out so as to make a breakthrough in design ways.
