摘要
香港南丫电厂5号机组的投运时间,已有20多年。因年代久远,该机组的6号高压加热器已无法满足运行要求,因而,依据电厂提供的该高加外形尺寸和热平衡图数据,在满足现场安装条件的前提下,对6号高加进行了改造设计,并对原设计进行了优化,新高加投入运行后,各项运行指标均满足设计要求,达到了改造目的。
The high-pressure heater for Power Unit 5 in Lamma Power Plant,Hong Kong was put into operation over two decades.Now HP heater 6 is unable to meet the operational requirements because of long-term operation.The retrofit of HP heater 6 has been carried out and the original design has been optimized based on the outline dimension of the former HP heater and the data of heat balance diagram provided from the power plant under the premise of on-site installation conditions.The performances of the new heater meet the design requirements after being put into operation and finally the objective of retrofit has been obtained.
