盐酸清洗在低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 海水淡化装置投运后,随着海水温度和浓度的升高,海水中部分盐类容易在换热管外壁沉积而形成水垢,使海水淡化装置的传热状态恶化,同时,也容易使设备腐蚀。因此,定期进行蒸发器酸洗是海水淡化装置除垢的必要措施。目前,我国尚缺少低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置酸洗的相关标准及成熟经验。现针对某电厂低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置的酸洗情况进行介绍,对同类型水电联产的海水淡化设备维护工作,具有一定参考价值。 Partial salt in seawater is easy to form scale deposited on the external wall of heat exchange tube along with seawater temperature and concentration rising after the desalination plant putting into production so as to make the heat transferring of the desalination plant worsen.Meanwhile,the desalination plant will easily be corroded.Therefore,it is quite necessary to clean the evaporator with hydrochloric acid against the scale in the desalination plant periodically.Currently there is no much corresponding standard and experience of hydrochloric acid cleaning on MED desalination plant.In view of the status of pickling against the desalination plant in a certain power plant,the paper is of benefit to the maintaining work of desalination plants in the same type.
