摘要
以乙酸和异戊醇为原料,微波固相法制备的蒙脱土固定AlCl3固体酸为催化剂,合成乙酸异戊酯。实验表明:在催化剂用量为总反应物质量的8.5%、酸醇物质的量比为1∶2.5,微波功率为700 W,反应时间为10 min的条件下,酯化率达92.9%以上。催化剂重复使用5次仍具有较高的催化活性。
Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol with AlCl3 immobilized on montmorillonite as solid acid catalyst prepared by microwave irradiation.Experimental results show that the total amount of catalyst is 8.5% of the reactant mass,ratio of acid to alcohol is 1∶ 2.5,microwave power is 700W,the reaction time is 10 min,the ester yield is 90%.Catalyst still had good catalytic activity after used repeatedly 5 times.
