摘要
在欧洲专利局专利数据库和中国专利数据库中对国内外申请公开的无烟气烟草制品专利进行了检索,并分析了专利权机构、专利内容、专利时间等内容。在欧洲专利局数据库中共发现216件国外专利族与无烟气烟草相关,而在中国专利库中有33件相关专利。美国、中国、英国、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚、德国等国家是主要的无烟气烟草专利公开国,在美国公开的专利数超过了其它5个国家的总和。国外传统无烟气烟草制品公司和各家烟草巨头是目前该领域研发的领先者。
The patents related to smokeless tobacco products have been retrieved in Esp@cenet and Chinese Patent Databases,and the assignees,the contents and the publication date of these patents are summarized and analyzed in this paper.There are about 216 foreign patents in Esp@cenet and about 33 patents in Chinese Patent Databases related to smokeless tobacco products.The United States,China,Great Britain,Japan,Canada,Australia,Germany are the main patents publication nations and the patent amounts in US are beyond those in the other five countries.Foreign smokeless tobacco products companies and traditional tobacco giants are leaders in this field.
