The diesel and transmission troubleshooting system introduced in this article is an automatic measurement and control system,and it is designed for the diesel and transmission of offshore work-over rig′s monitoring,early warning and troubleshooting.It can monitor diesel and transmission′s working condition and key technical parameters in real time.It can realize the real time alarm for the parameters which are higher than warning valve,and give out the faulty code,for the on-site and remote maintenance.This article introduces the design theory and key technology of diesel and transmission troubleshooting system based on CANbus.
