With the progressive exploration and development of oil resource and increasing demand of modern industry for the oil,the measurements of oil are closely related to the economic benefit of supplier and buyer under market economy.Consequently,it is the basic work for an enterprise to measure the oil flow accurately in the process of production and management.In the paper,some technical discussions are made a on the application of mass flow meter in the measurement of heavy and high viscosity oil.
